A single mother and proud owner of a family-run business, Chef Tina pours her heart into every plate—bringing comfort, creativity, and sophistication together in a way that feels both refined and deeply personal.

Her culinary foundation comes from Le Cordon Bleu and Dallas College, paired with real-world experience in some of Dallas's most acclaimed restaurants, including Abacus, Fleming's, and Jasper's Uptown. These kitchens helped shape her artistry, discipline, and fine-dining technique, which she now brings directly to her clients.

Great food!! I've had several of her dishes and they are great! But so far my favorite was the Cajun pasta which was bomb!! The carrot cake was delicious
